Delete your CIMCOER account

The CIMCOER app and cimcoer.com share one account. You can delete it, and everything stored with it, right here, whether or not you still have the app.

How to delete it

  1. Sign in to cimcoer.com with the same Google account or email you use in the app.
  2. Come back to this page, tick the box, and confirm it's you by signing in once more.
  3. Your account is deleted immediately.

Sign in to delete your account

Can't sign in? Email blackdevblog@gmail.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

  • Your account: sign-in ID, email address, name, profile picture and forum display name
  • Your whole food log, and foods you entered yourself
  • The daily calories burned and weight the app copied to cimcoer.com
  • Your record of restaurant menu imports
  • Your forum threads and posts. Deleting a thread you started also removes the replies in it.
  • Your sign-in with our login provider (Firebase Authentication)

What isn't deleted

  • Restaurant menu items you imported stay in the public food database. They don't record who imported them, so they aren't linked to you.
  • Data on your phone is controlled by you. Uninstalling the app removes your body profile and other app data. Nutrition records the app wrote to Health Connect can be deleted in Health Connect's settings.
  • Copies in our database backups are removed as those backups expire.

Signing in again after deleting starts a new, empty account. More detail is in our privacy policy.
